Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between Elbe-Akustik GmbH & Co. KG and our customers for the delivery of hearing aids and services.
Terms and Conditions
Contract Formation
A contract is formed by written order and our written order confirmation. Verbal side agreements require our written confirmation to be valid.
Prices and Payment
All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Payment is due after completion of fitting and handover of the hearing aids. Insurance benefits are billed directly to your health insurance.
Hearing Aid Fitting
The fitting of hearing aids is done individually according to your hearing needs. You receive detailed consultation and can test the hearing aids free of charge before purchase. The trial period is usually 4 weeks.
Warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years applies to all delivered hearing aids. The manufacturer's warranty remains unaffected. Maintenance and repair services are performed free of charge.
Returns and Cancellation
For individually made earmolds and specially fitted hearing aids, the right of withdrawal is excluded. For standard hearing aids, a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies.

Your personal data is treated confidentially and used exclusively for contract processing. For more information, please see our privacy policy.
